[cisco-voip] AS5400, unable to get pots call to dial out via SIP

Hello Nick,

Thanks for getting back to me! The "show voice dsp group all" only shows a
blank line, no output. I've also validated my signaling config (esf/b8zs,
primary-ni) with the cut sheet the telco provided, see below for my config
stanzas for the controller and serial interface. The interesting thing is,
if I setup a tandem pair of pots declarations, I can hairpin at the ISDN to
another number and it works fine (see dial-peers below). Any other ideas?

controller T1 7/0
 framing ESF
 linecode b8zs
 cablelength short 133
 pri-group timeslots 1-24

interface Serial7/0:23
 no ip address
 encapsulation hdlc
 isdn switch-type primary-ni
 isdn incoming-voice modem
 no cdp enable
!

dial-peer voice 3 pots
 incoming called-number 7862350001
 direct-inward-dial
!
dial-peer voice 4 pots
 destination-pattern 7862350001
 port 7/0:D
 forward-digits 0
 prefix 14849190001
!
