[cisco-voip] Sidetone on 7941/61 with 91.1 SR1 and CUCM 7.01

Does anyone know what CUCM version the Headset Sidetone Level setting
became available in?  Working on a phone quality/echo issue and
upgraded the phones from early 8.3 firmware to 9.1.1 SR1 and now the
users don't hear the sidetone on the headsets like before. The release
notes say in newer firmware, there was Sidetone level setting added to
phone device configuration  for CUCM 7.0 and higher and I see it on
7.1.3 cucm version but it's not on 7.01 phone configuration pages.  I
did reboot the servers to see if a restart was needed for that option
to show up with new firmware update but it didn't.  Just trying to fix
this echo issue they are having now and then until they upgrade to 8.
