[cisco-voip] Party Line

I have had gateways with this DSP bug and that is exactly what happens.

I believe I've heard of a DSP bug on the gateway that could cause this, also
if they are going out copper trunks it could be crosstalk on the POTs lines
themselves. There is no way for this to occur between the gateway and the
enduser so it must be introduced at the gateway somehow.
