[cisco-voip] iPhone Mobile 8.1 and extension dialing display

On the iphone app itself (on the phone), I went under the settings
then Country code and it was +1 and I choose None from the choices,
and now it doesn't format the numbers when you enter them. I haven't
tried setting this on the CUCM web page configuration for the device
yet.
