[cisco-voip] minimum version of ucm for vg202

try downloading and installing the latest dev pack for 6.1 and see if that helps. 

i took a look at the readme but it doesn't say which products it supports, it just lists default firmware versions.

I have a 6.1.3.3190 UCM system that is supposed to support the vg202 (per the data sheets) but its not a choice in the new gateway dropdown. Adding the gateway is a choice on a 7.1.3.32900 system. 

Is something needed to make the vg202 show up as an option in 6.x? (perhaps a .cop or .qed file)
