What version of CUCM?  It might be due to:

I have BAT imported over 100 Remote Destinations and associated them to
a Line.

 

Does anyone know if it possible to BULK update the Line Association tick
box on every Remote Destination at once so that I don't have to go
through everyone and turn it on?

 

Have looked through the BAT fields but nothing seems to reference this
selection.
