A good place to start would be here: https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-9124.  As long as you meet the prerequisites you should be in good shape.  Also it's a good idea to try and get anyconnect working for computers before the phone since the debugs and error messages are much better on the anyconnect client than the phone right now.
