I'm not sure of the API answer but take a look at telrex we just started using and it's working well for us and is capturing offnet vpn users. It supports Forked Audio and Spanned and so on.

I'm looking for a Recording package for our Voice network.

Does anyone have some suggestions?

--Needs to be centralize Call recording.
--API so you can get the voice recording
--Programmed in .net preferred
--Needs to support both Hard phones on Net, and IP Communicator offnet, vpn'd in.

Thanks

Scott
