[cisco-voip] message server offline ..in Unity 7.0

It's unable to connect to the Exchange Partner Server, I'm guessing your using Unity Unified Messaging (with Exchange), check your service accounts are not locked in AD or moved OUs, pull up the Windows Event Viewer Log Files (Start Run Eventvwr) and look for hints.

Whenever we dial to check the VM we are getting "message server is offline...".We have Unity 7.0 version.
Did anybody came across this issue? Any suggestions.
