[cisco-voip] Grouping executives in a group in CUCM

Hi all. 

In this query i am asking only about intra net calls i.e. calls from extensions 
within my organization

I have 10 executives, whom i want to group in such a way that not every one is 
able to call their extension. Like Support staff, and normal managers should not 
be able to call them while Head of deptts can call their extensions

How this task can be achieved in cucm 7/8 ?
