[cisco-voip] Cisco Emergency Responder 8.5(1) on UCS C-Series server require ESXi

As per the release notes, you must run a supported hypervisor on the UCS
server, in this case ESXi 4.0+.  There is no "bare metal" installations for
the Cisco UC on UCS as far as I know.
