[cisco-voip] Cisco Supervisor Desktop (crashes) UCCX 5

Guys,
(Desktop IP Phone Agent Service fails) sometimes called (Cisco Supervisor
Desktop)
I have a client with CM 6.x and UCCX Express 5.x and things work fine
except, once every couple of weeks the Cisco Desktop IP Phone Agent Service
fails and crashes and then comes right back up.
No one would really notice except all the agents are logged out.
The Microsoft event log confirmed that the service failed un-expectantly.
The Cisco UCCX log is much longer and mentions the LDAP directory several
times.
I am going to patch this Server anyway but just want to check if anyone else
has had such a problem?
