[cisco-voip] Radvision Video Conference Integration with CallManager 6.1.3b

Got the instructions for integrating Radvision MCU with Call Manager.
Create a SIP trunk pointing to the MCU
Create a route pattern pointing to the SIP trunk.
The route pattern will pass the "unique conference number" to the SIP Trunk (i.e. 9.XXXX)
This will work great for On Net users, but how do I get external callers to the right conference call?
I have Unity 5.X for any call handler solutions.
