We are running the same AC version here on Windows 7 and we have found
that users need to have modify permissions on C:\Program
Files\Cisco\Unified Communications Manager Attendant Console. It's been
awhile since that came up, but I believe that is needed for the LDAP
directory to work right. Additionally, we don't use the Windows
Firewall, so that's always been off.

We ran it as administrator as well also.
Any firewall settings that need to be set?

We are using Cisco Attendant Console version 7.1.0 (AC (7.1.0_c) and
server version 7.1(5_a). We installed this on a Windows 7 machine and it
now appears to not be working. It was working before on the same persons
machine using XP. No other config changes were made just the persons OS
was upgraded.
We also ran it in compatibility mode just in case.
Any ideas?
