You might want to look at what Unimax has already.  This is their specialty, but it would help you gauge how successful development might be.

The conversion program doesn't do the more complicated call coverage scenarios - ie hunt groups, etc. It will do call forwarding to numbers other than voicemail. I did figure out how to do personal directories though.
