[cisco-voip] CDR management access via MLA

I'm trying to set up access to CAR to users using the roles/groups but am not able to do so. Anyone have this working? I've created a role based on CCM Serviceability and checked off CDR management, but all I get is the personal bill option. 

thoughts?
