Is the Unity Connection server attempting to reach the google apps
SMTP server that you configured, and if so is it able to (allowed by
firewall, etc)? You can check the SMTP traffic by either enabling SMTP
micro trace 15 or gathering a packet capture with "utils network
capture file <name> count 1000 size ALL port 25". Both can be gathered
via RTMT.
