don't have one. honestly.

i export CDRs to a unix host, then do some parsing and a third party creates bills for us.

i asked about bringing this in house one time with a CDR package and was told there's no way in H, E double hockey sticks i could do it as cheap.

they were right.

if you're interested in the third party company, i'll let you know offline. they've been doing PBX based CDR collection from the dark ages and are very, very knowledgeable.

they've also agreed to work with me (when I have time) to look at chaining together transfers of long distance calls.

Cooking with unix is easy. You just sed it and forget it.

What is everyone's favorite CDR package. What makes you like it?
