[cisco-voip] Cisco User Data Services

It's an interface for endpoints to get data from CUCM.  It's very new so not much is using it at the moment and I don't see any docs out there to provide more info.  I don't know if it's intended for application developers to use or just for endpoints.

From what I can see the only released product using it is the UC plugin for Lync.
