There is probably an ACL issue with either the phone or voice gateway.

Hi all
I have CCM4 and I configured VPN on my router
I configured CIPC on my laptop and I can register the CUCM through VPN without any problem
but the issue when I make any call internal or external I can't hear the other side but ge can hear me
what is the cause of this issue ....?
