Jeff,
Thanks for that It is matching the Dial Peer, as Communications Manager is ringing the hunt group number 85213299 in this example.
But as soon as they pick up the phone it drops the call. I tried the following but still got the same issue.
dial-peer voice 3299 voip
preference 1
destination-pattern 85213299
session target ipv4:10.255.20.11
voice-class h323 1
dtmf-relay h245-alphanumeric
voice-class codec 3000
no vad
supplementary-service pass-through
incoming called-number .
Thanks

Have you tried putting in a dial-peer that sets the codec-class?
something like
dial-peer voice 852 voip
voice-class codec 3000
incoming called-number .
Cheers,
Jeff

I have managed to fix the outgoing issue by modifying the voice-port config but the inbound problem still has the same issue where as soon as the handset is lifted the call gets disconnected.

I am looking for a little help, We have and FXO port in a Cisco 1861 router. When someone phones the FXO port, it rings on the IP phone, but as soon as the phone is answered the call is disconnected / dropped with click pretty much instantly.
This is the same for inbound and outbound, I cannot find anything to explain why.
I have pasted some config below, but can provide more if needed.
Any help would be most appreciated.
Port Config
voice-port 0/1/1
