[cisco-voip] cucm 6.1 cluster backup issue

Hi everyone,
 
I have 1 publisher and 2 subs  servers. cucm 6.1
I configured schedule backup. but i get the error below,and the system does not 
backup.
tar file not created.
 
what the problem can be. any idea pls?
