[cisco-voip] Conference Call Issue

Hello,

I have a question about a conference calling issue.  This issue is only happening at my location.  When trying to conference two outside lines the call hangs up.  So If I'm internal and call my cell phone, conference in this call and try another outside number, the call hangs up.  I don't see any settings that are different but I am very new to using the Call Manager.  Any ideas?
