[cisco-voip] CUCM 6.x and LDAP

Dear All.
 
I have LDAP searchign users fine on AD, apart from the department field does not seem to be getting populated in CCM??? Anyone any idea on this. 
 
Also, what rights does the LDAP AD user need in order to get authentication working?
