I don't have any direct personal experience with either CUCM or NEC
products, but the OpenSIPS based SIP platform I am responsible for has
a number of customers using NEC SV8100 systems and they appear to have
a pretty sane SIP implementation.You'd probably need a competent
engineer  on both sides (especially the respective SIP
implementations) to make it work.
