[cisco-voip] CallManager 8.0 with SIP Trunk to 3945 with PRIS

This is how I think it's working:
You probably don't have MTP checked on the trunk, so CUCM is sending
an INVITE without a SDP.  The gateway is then sending a 183 session
progress but doesn't know where to send the media to.  This media has
the information in it saying it's a disconnected number.

You may need to enable Rel1xx on the gateway and/or on CUCM.  You
should be able to do a media negotiation on the 183 then.

Otherwise you could check the MTP box on the SIP trunk and see if that helps.
