[cisco-voip] Cme licensing on iOS 15.1 (ccme 8.6)

Oh how I love Cisco Licensing :).

One thing I've noticed is that if I boot using
c2900-universalk9-mz.SPA.151-4.M.bin I see a license validity of 'Period
left: 624 weeks 6 days'. If I boot using IOS
c2900-universalk9-mz.SPA.151-4.M1.bin I get a validity period of 8 weeks.
I'm guessing that there's a bug with the M1 version of IOS and licensing
with cme-srst.

I've rolled back to the M release at the moment. I'll leave the M1 release
for another day once they get things fixed up.
