No, You have to park them first so the system can assign a a slot which can be picked up, Otherwise there is now way to “call” it from another phone.

Of couse i can get them to park the calls.
What is asked is: is it possible for the system to behave like that? (Calls on hold are possible to be picked up?)

Kind Regards
Anthony

Hi, i was wondering, is it possible to group pickup a call that is on HOLD

by someone else or yourself?

For example,

incoming call-1 rings to A

B is on the same pickup group as A.

B presses gpickup and gets call-1

a second call rings on A, call-2

B puts call-1 on hold

B presses new call

B presses Gpickup

and B gets call-1 that he put on hold and the second call continues to ring

on A!!
