[cisco-voip] QOS Policing w/ Priority LLQ

Is this a valid config? I have an ISP that limits traffic marked with EF to
384k and drops traffic that exceeds it. What I'd like to do is exceed this
up to 512k if there is congestion on the interface (not the cloud).

I'm wondering if traffic will hit the police statement and then exit out or
will it process the whole class and exit on the last statement which is LLQ
@512k.

Any ideas
