[cisco-voip] MWI indicator light doesn't show up

Recently we have a problem with MWI. All of the 200 Phones doesn't show MWI
light anymore.

We tried to resynchronize using the following steps, but didn't resolve the
issue.


Cisco Unity Tools Depot

Switch Integrations Tools

Telephone Integration Manager

CUCM

Properties

Resynchronize Now



Any idea what else we need to do?
