Likely you selected the wrong OVA template (or manual setup didn't match) when building the virtual machine. You have to follow the steps exactly, pick the exact hadware, etc.

I have a problem to install Unity connection at VMware machine. Every time I try to install, I got a message unity connection is not supported on this hardware. I can install Unified Communication Manager or Unified Communication Manager business Edition. Please advise
