[cisco-voip] CM 7.x capable of Unified Messaging?

Unity Connection supports IMAP access as well as PCA (web base access). If this is a one time thing, the easiest would be to set up the Class of Service to include PCA access and log in via the browser. You can save the file. That being said, the file itself will only contain the audio, no timestamps, etc. If you set up the proper SMTP settings, you might be able to forward the message to another mailer.

Subject: [cisco-voip] CM 7.x capable of Unified Messaging?

Hi – We have recently upgraded to 7.x and are wondering if it is capable of using unified messaging. More specifically, we have a legal issue and need to record a voicemail out of a Unity Connections voicemail box. Any suggestions?

Thanks!
