[cisco-voip] best remote control software out there?

what are people's opinions on the phone remote control software that they are using. 

i've got a project where i'm phoning people to get their phone using an alternate TFTP server and it's quite cumbersome when people are not used to it. it would be so much easier to just do it remotely. 

we'd use it for other stuff as well.
