[cisco-voip] Number o max Partitions in CUCM 8.5

If you are referring to the number of Partitions per CSS, then it depends on
the length of the partition names oddly enough. Although I certainly think
that there is a limit, I haven't been able to track one down that
specifically defines what the total number of partitions can be. See below:
