Hi All,

Possible discuss before but I have to upgrade my CUCM 6.1 to 8.0, I have
basic question in order start working on it, which version of 8 is stable
one right now.

1- Can upgrade be done on same BOX or we can start with new installation and
import data?
2- We have 7940, 7960, 7912 and some VG224/ATA 186 and some Cisco 7936
conference (polycom Phone) is also running, if firmware will upgraded for
8.0, do we loose the old model phone, or it will run with new firmware with
limited option, what are the limited option available for these phones, can
we still use the fast dials/speed dials, as our most of the user use this
service? What about IP communicator do we need some other version of IP
communicator where we are using 2.2 right now.

3-Do we need to upgrade our 2811 router IOS, currently we are running
12.4(24)T4,
4-If we loose Auto Attendant in CUCM 8 then what are other option Cisco
offering?

If any one have any valuable Cisco upgrading link please do let me know,

Thanks in advance!
