[cisco-voip] Why is my CUBE sending my dial-peers instead of login information to Skype Connect?

Not for me. :(

I've purchased a number and dialing that number results in a ring
indication on the phone; however, going off-hook shows "connected" on
the test phone, but the caller continues to hear ring indication.  The
signalling that called party has gone off-hook isn't making it back to
the caller.

Ideas?
