Have you considered doing a direct database update? I am not sure where it stores that data. Maybe you can check the 8.5 database dictionary.

Hi everyone,
Has anyone ever tried to update all phones to enable "Video Capabilities"? I see that you cant do it via BAT, you can change the Enterprise Phone Configuration and the common phone configuration, however this doesn't overwrite a phone that is already configured for this to be disabled.
Anyone got any idea's?
