[cisco-voip] 7942/62 directory/services URL not working

We have 7942/62 phones that when on v4.1(3)SR7 the directory and services URL loads fine (not talking application testing, just loading). However, on v7.1(5b)SU3, it's as if the URLs are not there , pressing the Services tells me "no services configured" and pressing the directories button gives me the personal directory and corporate directory options. 

The phone has the properly formatted URLs and these work fine for the other phones. 

Anyone out there who has programmed custom services and directories URLs find the same problem?
