I would disagree. I have 15.1.1/2/3T in 8+ locations (PRI IP-IP) and haven’t hit any major snags yet, but I’m not running ZBF with IOS SLA.

My general recommendation is to test the latest T train, plus the 8.5.1 compatibility lists 15T. I would stick with Windows 95 just because I found a bug in something newer…test/validate.

The 15 lines has been riddled with high sev bugs. Just because Cisco calls it 15, it is still unlucky 13.

BTW, many 15.0 and 15.1(2) versions are also affected.

I’ve hit that several times. The workaround is “no ip cef”, which, if the router is just a voice gateway, is OK, but if the router is being used to push traffic, does indeed have effects on CPU utilization.

Could it be CSCtl21854?

I just spent 3 hours with the CCM team to find out MOH audio is getting to the router but not to the PRI in said router. This is 2 different routers…. No official bug yet but I’m about 900% sure the IOS update we did is the issue.
You also can’t deploy ZBF with IP SLAs in the same router as there is a bug that makes the ZBF not work….
Wow what a day.
