No.  If you RAID is a requirement you need to change MCS servers.

CUCM: 7.1.3.30000-1 .... we will upgrade it to CUCM 8.1

What MCS server. You server may not support RAID. If it does not already
have it as an option you can't just add it to a MCS server.

I have MCS server with one hard disk with CUCM installed on it
 
I want to buy another Hard disk to work as backup for the first one
 
How  can install his HD as backup ...???
