[cisco-voip] CIPC issue

I have some issue with CIPC which is installed in Windows XP machine; On this machine I have VMware workstation also installed.  When I try to register the CIPC in CUCM7 the CIPC shows "CM fallback service operating"....VMware re-installation has fixed this the issue... Anyone know's why it was not registering when the machine had Vmware?..
