Hi All

How are you all ?

I have a problem with forwarding external calls to another internal IP Phone in my company

all calls from PSTN >> go direct to Operator Phone >> when the operator want to forward this call to anyone inside >>> the call disconnected
and when put this call in Hold to recieve another external call >> the two external calls disconnected
