Do you want to offer options in caller Input keys? Press 1 to leave a message for jenny, press 2 for Mark?
If yes then select the Caller input - say #1 - the go to user with Mailbox, select the Mailbox. I cannot remember but I think it is "Go Directly to Greetings".
Is that what you wanted?

This appears to be for a caller using CUCM to get to Unity without a ringing the phone or am I wrong? The scenario I have is that the caller has been placed in voice mail, but I want to forward from that voice mail box to another voice mail box for the caller to leave a message.
Thanks.

Yes, look at this site - really easy to do. I have it working on Call manager 7.1.X

Hi,
I would like to be able to transfer from a VM to another VM without ringing the phone via caller input. Can this be done?
Have a great day.
