[cisco-voip] Upgrade Methods from 6.1.1 to 8.5 with new hardware

I haven't researched migration options, but from what I've seen on the list, you'll likely find yourself using the DRF backups. Keeping this in mind you have two options: (a) upgrade the existing hardware to v8 and restore the backups to the newly installed v8 on new hardware. (b) install the same version on the new hardware, restore from backups, then upgrade. 

Each has their own benefits.
