We've had issues with multicast not working, we ended up buying their paging relays and they work well and cut down on bandwidth

We are configuring and testing Syn-Apps SA-Announce v8 with CUCM 6.1(3b), and 7900 series phones. We have noted significant delays in connecting to the multicast address and in audio. Has anyone else experienced the same issue?
