[cisco-voip] Retry Count for SIP Invite

Hello everyone

I was wondering if anyone knows what is the Cisco recommended best 
practice for the "Retry Count for SIP invite" CUCM Service Parameter.

The below whitepaper states that this parameter directly impacts the SIP 
trunk failover time but does not state what is the impact for the other 
SIP elements like SIP phones.

Also, does this parameter require a CM service restart?
