Are you definitely running the exact same version (ie patches etc) as
the one that was backed up?

Guys,

Could somebody give me a sanity check?  I can add the SFTP server but it
doesn't see any tar files.  I have tried using './' and '/' for the file
path.  If I use a client to login, I see all the tar files just CUCM
does not.
