[cisco-voip] new v15 command - ip address trusted authenticate

I see the following on reboot of the v15 routers we just upgraded. Two questions: 

    1. I don't see the "ip address trusted authenticate" command under the "voice service voip" section, I only see "allow-connections h323 to sip", is this command default so we don't see it in a show run? 
    2. Will this affect Cisco Unity Express connections to the router? I'm guessing I have to add the CUE loopback address to this security list?
