[cisco-voip] Not enough bandwidth

I have strange problem is happening, we have although our phone all of
sudden at one location saying not enouigh bandwidth, although after checking
monitoring system we have wide open bandwidhth is available for that
location, I am running CUCM 6.1.3.
I am checking log and it is not showing anything, can any one show me the
steps to check it out what I am missing their.
