I don't have UCxn at my disposal but in Unity I believe you could bulk
edit all subscribers and upload an alternate greeting. Then, when the
day/time comes, bulk edit/update all users to turn on their alternate
greeting. It will play until you/they disable it. One caveat is that you
would have to bulk upload the same holiday message for all subscribers,
but you could create a generic "Thank you for calling Megabank, we are
currently closed in honor of Arbor Day. Please leave a message and we will
get back to you asap." etc.
